THE GENERATION OF COUP D'ETAT MAKERS AND THEIR USELESS DEMONSTRATION...CVM. 1st In News.

The Generation of Coup D'etat Makers and their Useless Demonstrations CVM

The NDC and their trusted political allies always refused to accept the emancipation of mental slavery.

Stable Democracy, Enlightenment and Intellectual Empowerment are taboos to these sawdust-brains NDC. No wonder they rejected the Free SHS.

Their souls(NDC) are always in opposition to perfect things.

Their sawdust-brains(NDC) are refusing to accept the Ghana Beyond Aid Vision.

They queued for American Visa at the American Embassy (a restricted area for the Americans) but at the same time wasting their time, energy and resources to demonstrate against a peaceful win-win  military agreement between Ghana and USA.

They are foolishly claiming that Ghana's sovereignty has been sold for $20million.

According to Article 1 of the 1992 Constitution, " The *Sovereignty of Ghana resides in the people of Ghana* in whose name and for whose welfare the powers of government are to be exercised in the manner and within the limits laid down in this Constitution".

That is, currently there are 29.6million Ghanaians, and the so called NDC together with their trusted political allies could not even get *0.1%* of the 29.6million Ghanaians to join them in their useless demonstration against US-Ghana Military Deal.

It is only political morons who have nothing meaningful to do with their time will participate in such useless demonstrations.

In spite of all the noise and foolish coup  d'etat statement from the leaders of the useless demonstrations, only 200 visionless people attended the demonstrations.

The only positive about that useless demonstrations was that, it enabled the pure water sellers and sellers of Alcoholic Drinks to generate income.

Ghanaians are more discerning now about the evil devices and schemes of the NDC.

NPP Government Beyond 2020 & 2024 is the slogan of Ghanaians

President Akufo-Addo will surely complete his 8-year mandate followed by another NPP Government in 2024 until when Christ will return.

"PARLIAMENT MUST PASS THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION BILL NOW"...CEO

President needs to pass the 'RTI BILL'  - CEO

The CEO of Ambrose Accurate News Agency who double as news Reporter for Splash Fm, Daakye Hene  Ambrose Has stated it emphatically that the 'RTI Bill' has to be passed to make information and accountability so easy in the country....

,,,...According to him, a lot of projects are still not yet completed over many years now. He added that, meanwhile the contractors are still at large.

Moreover, he explained that if "Abraham Lincoln defined Democracy as government of the people, by the people and for the people," then why should the forth arms of government have to seek for permission before the necessary  information for the public is given?

Daakyehene Ambrose further Explained that the worst aspect of it is that, the leaders of some institutions will say "we're not entitled to grant any interview with the media. All this are not necessary if only we want to go away with corruption. He added."

A 35-year-old man has been stabbed to death by his three-month pregnant fiancée, Diana Tetteh, after a misunderstanding ensued between them. The incident occurred Sunday at Ogome a community near Somanya in the Eastern region. The body of the deceased has been deposited at the morgue while the suspect is now in Police Custody after she was discharged by the Atua Government Hospital after she suffered a miscarriage. Information gathered from the community suggests that, the deceased became incensed when he returned home hungry only to notice that her fiancée who he gave money to cook failed to do so and had left for town without his knowledge. According to a resident who wants to be called Narh, this created a misunderstanding when the fiancée returned home in the evening amidst suspicion of infidelity. He said the woman sensing danger after an assault on her by the deceased boyfriend grabbed a pair of scissors in self-defense and stabbed him in the chest.

The deceased who was bleeding profusely was rushed to the St Martin’s de Porres hospital at Agomanya but passed away later. The fiancée who was three months pregnant subsequently suffered miscarriage due to the assault on her and was rushed to the Atua Government Hospital where she was treated and discharged. *EVIL LIES AGAINST MR.KOFI OSEI-AMEYAW* 1st In News.

*EVIL LIES AGAINST OSEI-AMEYAW* .

Facts do not lie and verifiable authentic documents available to THE PUBLISHER newspaper proves that some persons working for Kwesi Twum’s Joy FM were broadcasting a big, nasty and evil lie against Kofi Osei-Ameyaw, Director General of the National Lotteries Authority (NLA) when they serialized news reports that he had signed eleven different contracts, all on one day, to Rams Kitchen, a company that belongs to his sister-in-law and therefore he was involved in a conflict of interest situation.

Documents from the NLA’s procurement department proves that indeed only one contract was signed and not eleven. The one contract that was signed for Rams Kitchen had eleven items which were split into separate lots and Purchase Orders.

Placing ordered items into separate lots is a style that was in existence at the NLA for several years even before the New Patriotic Party (NPP) won political power and appointed Osei-Ameyaw as Director General.

On page 3, are official documents from the NLA to prove that even under the former administration, Purchase Orders were not bulked together but rather itemized into separate lots with each lot having a separate LPO.

The documents show the LPOs of a 2016 contract given to one company, ALFURQAN VENTURES but the Local Purchasing Order (LOP) were split into several lots. All LPOs were for one company, ALFURQAN VENTURES, and all were signed on same day, November 24, 2016.  Even the order to supply rice on the same brand was had two separate LPOs, with each specifying the exact kilogram of the rice.

For Joy FM, hiding being ‘Corruption Watch’, to then accuse Kofi Osei-Ameyaw of abusing the process of awarding contracts to his relations and deciding to split the items into separate lots, just so he can get some supposed “11 contracts” signed for his sister-in-law is quite disingenuous because the practice of separating LPOs is not peculiar to Rams Kitchen and has been the style of the NLA.

      It has also emerged that contrary to Joy FM reports that Kofi Osei-Ameyaw, per his position as Chairman of the Entity and Tender Committee could have shown some bias for Rams Kitchen during the tender and procurement processes, this could not have happened because that contract was not handled by the Entity and Tender Committee.

It was purely handled by the Entity Head who formed an evaluation panel consisted by the following: head of Human Resource and Administration, Senior Auditor, Logistics and Inventory Manager and the Senior Procurement Officer.

Kofi Osei-Ameyaw was not a member of the panel and the evaluation was not done by the Tender Committee of which he is a member.

       Even if the LPOs were not separated but bulked together, the total contract sum would have been GHC583,000 which is below the GHC800,000 limit set for the Tender Committee which Kofi Osei-Ameyaw is chairman of.

Per the Public Procurement (Amended) Act 2016, Act 941 which applies to the NLA, it is only when the contract sum is above GHC800,000 that it would be referred to the Central Tender Review Committee.

Therefore, whether or not the LPOs were split, the NLA could have signed the total amount of GHC583,000.

Checks from the Register General Department proved that Rams Kitchen was actually registered in the year 2013. In the year 2015, Rams registered with the NLA to do business with the company as a supplier.

Two years later, in 2017, Kofi Osei-Ameyaw was appointed to head the NLA and there was a contract to be given to a supplier, through competitive bidding, to supply various items to be shared for staff as Christmas package.

Three companies submitted their bids and after the requisite value for money auditing was done, it was concluded that Rams Kitchen was the best bidder. The company quoted GHC583,000 for both supply and delivery of the goods while the two other companies quoted GHC613,748 and GHC619,970 respectively.

The evaluation committee selected Rams Kitchen and wrote a recommendation the NLA management asking that the Authority should give the contract to the lowest bidder and this was done.

It was under this circumstance that Joy FM went ahead with a story that Kofi Osei-Ameyaw had signed 11 separate contracts for Rams Kitchen in one day and that he was involved in a conflict of interest situation.

It is public knowledge that Kofi Osei-Ameyaw’s continuous stay at the NLA has become a source of great discomfort to persons who were doing some business for the Authority and were hitherto making more money into their private pockets than what the NLA was making for the state.

An attempt by Kofi Osei-Ameyaw to change the situation and ensure that all revenue leakages are blocked and the NLA makes more money for the state has earned him LOTS of enemies who are bent of ruining his reputation just to get him out.

NATIONAL LOTTERY AUTHORITY (NLA) X'MAS CONTRACT VALID. 1st In News.

*NATIONAL LOTTERY AUTHORITY (NLA) X'MAS CONTRACT VALID* .

     Mr. Kofi Osei Ameyaw In the heat of the conflict of interest allegation against the Director -General of the National Lottery Authority (NLA), Kofi Osei Ameyaw, it has emerged that it is not strange for the Authority to offer contracts in lots to a single company.

   The NLA boss had been chided in the past week for awarding ‘11 contracts’ to his sister-in-law’s company – Rams Kitchen –to supply end-of-year packages for workers, although it was a single contract broken down into 11 lots. A document available to DAILY GUIDE shows a similar contract, which was offered to Alfurqan Ventures in November, 2016 to supply the NLA with some general goods when Mr Osei-Ameyaw was nowhere near the NLA.
       Although it was a single contract, the four page document indicates that the company was to supply the items in nine lots, totaling GH₵362,332.99, similar to the Rams Kitchen’s contract. The nine plot contract was granted and signed on November 21, 2016, approved by the previous (NLA) administration headed by brigadier General Martin Ahiaglo.

   Among the items supplied were 650 bags of 5kg Golden Rose perfumed rice, 150 cartons of Unoli Vegetable Oil, 290 cartons of Gino Mackerel, 480 cartons of plastic mineral beverages, 150 cartons of cornered beef, 380 packs of Beta Malt, among others. Information available to this paper indicates that at the time of awarding the contract to Alfurqan Ventures, other companies had bid for it (contract), but quoted a higher price than the company which eventually won the contract.
    “It is not the first time a contract had been awarded in that manner at the NLA,” a source told DAILY GUIDE. Checks by this paper indicate that four companies were invited to tender their bids but one pulled out. Three companies therefore tendered theirs, with Rams Kitchen quoting the least figure, and was subsequently awarded the contract. Fair contract Alexander Afenyo Mark in, Member of Parliament (MP) for Efutu in the Central Region, has corroborated the position of the NLA, claiming there was no conflict of interest in the award of the contract, as it was given on merit.

     Speaking on joy FM's news analysis programme – ‘News file’ –the MP pointed out that his checks at the Registrar General’s Department indicated that “Rams Kitchen quoted GH₵583,000 against GH₵613,000 by GNL Ventures and GH₵619,000 by Target Enterprise. “Obviously, if you are doing an evaluation and you want to look for value for money and the least price, Rams Kitchen got this on merit and that is not any financial loss to the state, it rather saved NLA [money],” Mr Mark in stressed.
DAILY GUIDE has learnt that Rams Kitchen has been a registered supplier with NLA since 2013 – even before Mr Osei-Ameyaw was appointed the boss of the NLA.

WE URGES GHANAIANS TO SUPPORT WEAR MADE IN GHANA CAMPAIGN.. EDUCATE GHANA SUMMIT.

WE URGE GHANAIANS TO SUPPORT (WEAR GHANA) CAMPAIGN - Educate Ghana Summit.

Mr. Boadi William of Educate Ghana Summit has declared his support for WEAR GHANA campaign and he expects positive response from Ghanaians. It will definitely help the growth of this nation in so many ways.

JOBS CREATION: Using Ghana made goods like KENTE. FUGU, BATIK, TIE & DYE, ATL, GTP clothes and many more will help to create jobs in the country. When Ghanaians stop importing foreign clothing and wear Ghana made clothing, it would obviously compel those companies producing such goods to expand their workshops, employ more hands to produce quality and quantity goods which will match the demand and supply in Ghana. Not forgetting Kumasi shoe factory, let's wear it for the factory to produce more shoes with many employees.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: If we buy and wear Ghana made clothing and stop importing foreign clothing, the country is going to retain much money which will boost our economy massively.

Fellow Ghanaians, let's patronize in our own goods and services to create jobs and experience economic development that would facilitate the growth of this country rapidly.

Mr Boadi William

HON. JOE OSEI WUSU MUST ALSO BE SHOOT AND KILL...A SCIENTIFIC SOCIALIST. 1st In News.

JOE OSEI WUSU must be shot and killed

"In the interest of the church, the Pope must die"...

Many innocent lives have been lost since the start of the fight against Galamsey. Many properties of Small Scale Miners have also been lost through this same fight. Lives and properties of 'surviving' citizens means nothing to an insensitive leader.

If this irresponsible statement from a Deputy Speaker of Parliament who doubles as a Member of Parliament is not dealt with decisively, there would be many of such calls to annihilate the teeming youth of this country by persons who occupy the corridors of power. As a result of this, Joe OSEI WUSU must be shot and killed as a consequential necessity.

If care is not taken; students may not be able to demonstrate against unfair conditions at schools, traders may not be able to protest killer-taxes, Nurses may not be able to demand better conditions and recruitment, residents around the homes of leaders may not be able to demonstrate against illegitimate evictions and to demand what is rightfully theirs, and the poor may not be able to voice out their frustrations they face each day. This is the genesis of the 'culture of silence'.

The unfair distribution of wealth by persons expected to serve, than to be served, is creating a huge gap between the poor and the rich in society.

The unemployed youth desirous of survival may resort to all means necessary to keep body and soul together. Their condition is not self-created but as a result of the unfavorable economic choices of our leaders which satisfies only their egos against that of the masses.

It is only a mentally lazy leader who would subscribe to such a problematic solution to unemployment and economic hardship in Ghana. The MP must rather be 'shot' and 'killed' for dashing the hopes of his constituents and Ghanaians after reposing confidence in him.

Non-performing Ministers must be denied their monthly pay and allowances. These monies can be used in ventures that would create numerous jobs for the youth and the poor masses.

We must chase all these crooks away from the corridors of power.

If there is anyone to be shot dead it would be:

persons who intentionally contaminated fuel at BOST in order to sell it cheap to their own companies, starving our national treasury;

persons who created a bad image for Ghana by collecting cash from business magnates before they were allowed to seat by our President;

persons who bought Omo and 'ak3shaa' to fight army worms after drawing a huge budget at the expense of the state;

persons who use flagstaff cash to sponsor party congresses when SHS education is on it's knees;

persons who purchased a free software for locating kiosks and homes at the expense of the taxpayer;

persons who over budgeted at the special initiative ministry, when Metropolitan areas are still choked with waste/boola;

persons who sold bond to their own foreign companies without following the appropriate regulations;

persons who are mismanaging NHIS to force pregnant women to pay close to GHC 500.00 in the process of childbirth; and persons who are toying with our educational system endangering the lives of our teenagers.

I therefore call for the People's Power. I call for Change!

Long live Ghana!
Long live Youth 4 Change!

JOY FM SUPER MORNING SHOW PROVES BIAS AGENDA..RAZAK OPOKU. 1st In News.

Joy FM Super Morning Show Proves Bias Agenda

Today Wednesday March 14, 2018, Joy FM's Super Morning Show demonstrated an unfortunate bias and obvious  agenda against Kofi Osei-Ameyaw, the Director-General of the Nationl Lotteries Authority (NLA).

Producers of the 'Corruption Watch' segment of the show tabled for discussion, what they describe as corrupt acts by Mr. Osei-Ameyaw yet they shamelessly refused to allow his Aide and official Spokesperson to be on the platform to balance the discussion.

Although all arrangements had been concluded for Mr. Razark Opoku to be on the show, the producers at the eleventh hour, changed their minds and insisted the Spokesperson should leave the station just before the discussion started.

According to the producers of the Show,  they will not allow Kofi Osei-Ameyaw's spokesperson or any NLA Staff to defend the issues to be raised.

Before this incident, Joy FM had agreed with the Management of the NLA to send a representative on the show to respond  to the issues at stake.

The representative of NLA went there for the show but he was refused to appear on the Show by the Producers of the Show.

Fairness and balance is an ethical and professional requirement in journalism. Such a clear and blatant disregard for a fair and balanced discussion is shameful, a bad image for the Multimedia brand and ought to be condemned by the National Media Commission and all well meaning persons.

Prior to this incident, a couple of persons from multimedia and directly linked to the Corruption Watch segment had approached Mr. Osei-Ameyaw demanding all manner of favours as though it were their right for him to do them those favours.

His reluctance to grant their wish is what may have sparked this agenda to run him down.

It is obvious the Corruption Watch Segment on Joy FM is doing everything possible to help their sponsors create  an impression of corruption and hang it on Mr. Osei-Ameyaw.

Surprisingly, these Corruption Watch guys on Joy Fm and their sponsors close their eyes on the fact that one man was appointed as a member of the Governing Board of the National Lotteries Authority (NLA), the same man was Chairman of the Entity Tender Committee of the NLA, the same man was also the external retainer lawyer for the NLA and the same man was able to make a cool amount of over GHC89 million as payment of works he did for the NLA between 2013 and 2017.

Rather they are fixated on a new Director General working to block revenue leakages at the NLA.

Persons should not hide behind the camouflage of exposing corruption to run down hard working persons that have done no wrong.

Trial by media and mercenary journalism is not a synonym for a genuine attempt to expose corruption.

If Joy FM think that they have a solid case, I am advising them to petition Martin Amidu, the Special Prosecutor to deal with the matter, and Kofi Osei-Ameyaw is ever ready for that.

NLA is accountable to Ghanaians and the door of Kofi Osei-Ameyaw is always ready for accountability.

MEN ARE FORCES TO MARRY THEIR DEAD GIRLFRIENDS... 1st In News.

MEN ARE FORCES TO MARRY THEIR DEAD GIRL FRIENDS IN CAPE COAST

Traditional authorities are forcing men to marry their dead girlfriends upon failing to perform their marriage rights

- These men are made to perform both wedding and funeral rites of their girlfriends

- The ritual is part of efforts to clamp down on pre-marital sex

Men who fail to perform the marriage rights for their girlfriends stand the painful chance of performing these rights should they die.

This is the situation happening in the Central Region and also across various communities in the country, a report by Joy News reveals.

According to the report gathered by the media, attention has been drowned in the Central Region, where men are being forced to marry their deceased girlfriends.

What this means is that these men perform a wedding ceremony for their deceased girlfriend after which they perform a befitting funeral for her.

"To put it bluntly, you must marry a dead woman because you failed to perform the marriage rites of the woman when she was alive," One of the residents of the region stated.

So far, it remains unknown reason(s) behind this move but checks show this forms part of efforts to clamp down on matters related to pre-martial engagements and promiscuity.

This ritual also takes place in some traditional communities in the Greater Accra Region.

NDC BEHIND THE ROBBERIES AND INSECURITY IN GHANA?? 1st In News.

NDC behind the Robberies & Insecurity in Ghana?

The way and manner the NDC is proposing and forcing Kofi Boakye on the neck of Ghanaians as the one and only competent person to lead the Ghana Police Service as the IGP seems to confirm that there is a mastermind conspiracy theory by some elements within the NDC who are behind the daily occurrence of robberies and insecurity in the Country.

Maybe the NDC think that the only way to discredit NPP Government and discontinue the growing love of Ghanaians for President Akufo-Addo's Government is to allegedly sponsor Criminals to create insecurity in the Country.

However, those in charge of Security must rise up to the occasion and stop the growing insecurity in the Country.

NDC WILL TEACH NPP HOW DEMOCRACY WORKS.. SCIENTIFIC SOCIALIST. MR. LAWRENCE. 1st In News.

NDC WILL TEACH NPP HOW DEMOCRACY WORKS.

The National youth organizer (hopeful) of the National Democratic Congress NDC who double as scientific socialist, Mr. Lawrence Lamptey has said they (NDC party) will teach the New patriotic Party NPP how democracy works in the upcoming NDC polling stations and constituency executives elections.

      He revealed that, the recently held NPP polling stations and constituency executive elections were marked with unhealthy happenings: Libations and curses were evoked, people were beaten to pulp, some aspirants died, others collapsed, violence marked some areas which resulted in stopping the elections, President's preferred candidates were fully funded from the flagstaff house to financially bully their contenders, huge costly billboards were mounted for just Constituency Executive positions, huge sums of monies and valuable items were distributed to buy delegates vote. These acts are very shameful in this 21st Century.

      He said In the NPP, constitutionalism, freedom of choice and of speech, and democracy are very alien to its leadership. These tenets are thrown to the 'dogs' by the whims and caprices of a strong force in the party.

This is a party that makes the most noise on democracy but practices modern day oligarchy, tyranny, voodooism and nepotism . The stronger force in that party decides who occupies which position and which office holders are made to have a say in issues concerning the party.

     Respected persons like Paul Afoko, Sammy Crabbe, Kwabena Agyapong, Dr. Arthur Kennedy, Attoh Quarshie, Ampong, some Regional, Constituency and Polling Station Executives have gone through these horrible treatments; they have no Freedom of Speech in their own party. These men were either beaten by tugs, threatened, bad mouthed, and spurious allegations were made against them on the media space.

The NDC is not like that, has never been like that, and will never emulate that in it's upcoming Branch, Constituency, Regional and National Elections. The NPP must start learning true democracy from the NDC.

All NDC members and those who intend occupying any position at any level of the party are advised to do clean politics, speak to issues than personalities, never encourage any form of monetization to woo delegates, assess the competence of the position seekers before giving them the mandate, look out for committed persons who are ready to work tirelessly to recapture power from this impotent administration of Nana, and also look out for experienced persons to support the young enthusiastic youth at all levels to enable the NDC emerge victorious in 2020.

The NDC is a Democratic Party which tolerates all tribes, all religions, and all persons across the country. NDC is a national party and embraces all organizations that believes in the principles of Probity, Accountability and Transparency.

NDC will always lead the democratic way and teach it's adverse opponents how to be democratic.
