World Post day happens each year on October 9, the anniversary of the Universal Postal Union (UPU), which started in 1874 in Switzerland. The UPU was the start of the global communications revolution, introducing the ability to write to others all over the world.
The central regional Ghana post Postmaster in-charge Elmina Mr. Mark Davis Ghanda, has explained to the media and to the general public the Launching of Valuation CenterSoft launch of ecommerce website

During an encounter with the media after the celebration of the worldwide post day, Mr. Ghanda, explained the difference between ecommerce ( Ghana post online shopping) and e-services to the media, he said, and I quote
"Ecommerce is an online shopping service whiles our e-services is helping our customers to access government services and other important online services like sale of university forms"
