UN and IMF Have Testified that President Akufo-Addo is More Intelligent and Credible Than John Mahama--CVM

UN and IMF Have Testified that President Akufo-Addo is More Intelligent  and Credible Than John Mahama----CVM

The United Nations decision to offer the Government of Ghana under President Akufo-Addo a whopping sum of $5 billion for the construction of a 100, 000 affordable houses in Ghana with absolutely no financial commitment from the Government of Ghana is a clear indication that the United Nations believe in the intelligence, integrity and competence of President Akufo-Addo's Government.

The UN housing deal will allow the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) to commit $5 billion to construct over a 100, 000 affordable houses to activate the housing industry in Ghana.

So far a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to that effect has been signed between the Government of Ghana and UNOPS.

The whole 8years of the Mills/Mahama's Government could not attract such a $5 billion facility from the UN due to their incompetence and  integrity crisis.

Fast forward, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has exposed the ignorance and knowledge deficiencies of the NDC Minority in Parliament over the $2 billion Sinohydro agreement.

The NDC Economic Gurus such as Isaac Adongo, A.B.A. Fuseini and Ato Forson had written to the IMF and World Bank to stop the $2 billion Sinohydro Barter Deal on grounds that it was illegal.

However, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) had given their full blessings to the $2 billion Sinohydro Barter Deal thereby ridiculing the preposterous brains of  Ato Forson, Isaac Adongo and  A.B. A. Fuseini.

However, the Mills/Mahama Administration chased a $10 billion housing deal with South Korean conglomerate STX Corp. for 8years without success.

Moreso, the Mills/Mahama Administration chased $3 billion Chinese loan but ended up paying over $300 million interest on the inaccessible  $3 billion Chinese loan.

The World Bank, IMF and Chinese Government refused to give the same  opportunities to the incompetent Mills/Mahama's Government due to incompetence and integrity crisis of NDC Government.

President Akufo-Addo's Government is using leveraging and Bartel Deals to develop and transform Ghana.

NPP will forever be the Country's Best Negotiators and Managers of the Economy.

CVM Prez Recommends (proverbs 19:3) to former Prez Mahama..1st In News.

Proverbs 19:3 is the Perfect Answer to John Mahama's Accusation Against God----CVM
According to John Mahama, God was responsible for the defeat of NDC in the 2016 Presidential and Parliamentary Elections.

It is quite unfortunate that John Mahama has  decided to wrongly accused God for his bad deeds which caused his unprecedented defeat in the 2016 general elections.

John Mahama, respectfully did God ever ordered you to:

1. Inflicts Ghanaians with Dumsor for 5years thereby collapsing thousands of businesses across the Country?

2. Pay Woyome a whopping sum of GHC 51 million?

3. Award Bedroom  Affairs and Sweetheart Contract to Selase Ibrahim at the whopping cost of GHC 3.9million for bus branding?

4. Cancel Teacher Trainees Allowance?

5. Cancel Nursing Trainees Allowance?

6. Described yourself as Dead Goat to Ghanaians?

7. Make your Wife Lordina Mahama as the shadow Vice-President and 2016 Vice-Presidential Candidate?

8. Imposed on Ghanaians Killer Taxes?

9. Create alarming rate of  unemployment in the Country?

10. Give our lands and natural resources to foreigners for illegal mining thereby destroying our water bodies?

11. Described Ashantis including their King as ungrateful beings?

12. Received Ford Expedition Bribe?

13. And your appointees to insult and ridicule Pastors, Chiefs and Opinion Leaders in the Country?

14. Have your Boss Prof. Mills Killed without State Investigation into his death?

15. Collapsed NHIS?

16. Asked Asiedu Nketia to described J.J. Rawlings as a barking dog?

17. Mismanaged the Economy?

18. Introduced and practiced corruption, thievery of resources, create, loot and share schemes in Ghana?

19. Fight against the Free SHS Policy?

20. Fight against 1 District 1 Factory Policy?

I would like to entreat John Mahama not to mock God for his 2016 defeat.

John Mahama is responsible for his own humiliating defeat in the 2016 general elections.

John Mahama should guide himself with *Proverbs 19:3* which states that:
*"The foolishness of man subverts his way(ruins his affairs); then his heart is resentful and frets against the Lord"*

The NDC is set to go to the polls on November 3, 2018 to elect new executives to steer affairs of the party ahead of the 2020 elections.

Speaking after successfully completing his vetting process, Lawrence Lamptey indicated he will work to ensure that the youth wing of the party is economically viable, by setting them up in business to run the youth front in their respective constituencies.

“I am a socialist, I pride myself as a socialist and we all saw what Nkrumah did for the veranda boys and all the other youth who joined the CPP movement. They were given the opportunity to operate on their own. So we had continued with this journey, Ghana youth today would have been like what we called the Malaysians today.

“I will provide economic independence for the youth where they can stand on their own to provide for themselves and the family”.

He added, “The main focus is to look at the areas the youth are coming from, these areas have economic specifics, things that generate income in those areas. My aim is to make sure we identify what generate income in those areas and make sure we fund the youth in operating those projects”.

He further explained that the party youth will enjoy massive educational programs and scholarship schemes across the various TEIN Institutions, Constituencies, Branches, Regions and Comrades in the Diaspora, adding that, the Scholarships would be both internally and externally.

“Our qualified youth would be made to at least study some courses like, Journalism/Media Studies; Medicine; Law; Banking and Entrepreneurship; Oil and Gas among others with a scholarship fund with the source of the funds coming from strategic sources”.

He believes he stands tall among all the other candidates for the deputy national youth organizer position.

He stated “Lawrence Lamptey prides himself as a scientific socialist and as a scientific socialist we are coming up with scientific organization, you look at the exigencies of the time to organize your people. And looking at the other contestants I don’t see much in them as too how to organize people politically and economically and I see myself as standing tall”.

“You look at my profile, things I have gone through, youth organizations I have gone through and positions I have held and sustained makes me stand tall among all other contestants.”

Jayee Students Angry at School Management

Students  who completed
Jayee university College in the year 2017-2018 academic year are upset at the managements of the College.

According to the aggrieved students, for  one-and half year, the students who completed the college have not been given their certificates because the managements are refusing to perform graduation ceremony for them, due to that, the students do not  know what to do concerning their certificates.

They argue that  this is happening as a result of  management failure to schedule a date for their graduation.

Following this story to unearth the reasons for the delay, a member of the school management team  one Mr. Dankyi who spoke in an exclusive interview was unable to give a tangible reasons for the delay of the graduation ceremony,

He sounded very arrogant, in answering some questions posed on him.

Further investigations revealed that, almost every academic  year, students have to hire a lawyer and go to court before their graduation would be held for them.

The school which is affiliated to the University of Education (Winneba) is likely to be relieve of such academic affiliation,  for non payment of outstanding bills owed University of Education.

The said amount is estimated to be around GHC100,000.00 Ghana cedis.

It's is alleged that the school authority is demanding each candidate to pay an amount of 200.00 Ghana cedis to settle the  debt owed University of Education, while, the students are  not owing any outstanding bills
Speaking to some of the students, they said they had finished their national service and have been waiting for their certificate to start work but, the managements seems to be careless.
They expressed that, they  have regretted  attending Jeyee university and they threatened not to introduce the college to yet to be enrolled students.

They are therefore calling on  the ministry of Education to as a matter of urgency to take up the matter since Thier future is at stake.

HEALTH BENEFITS OF SEAMEN/SPERMS TO LADIES..1st In News.

Why ladies must suck the semen during sexual intercourse, Semen is the fluid or casing that holds sperm. Sperm is a cell that floats around in the fluid and reaches the egg to impregnate the female. Semen is quite nutritious and has a bunch of interesting properties. Semen needs to have all of the ingredients to transport sperm to the egg safely. It needs nutrients, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatories in order for the female not to attack the sperm. We can use the benefits of semenfor various health benefits! Read on to see how to utilize some of semen’s benefits.WARNING: This post is rated X, so make sure you’re over 18 and aren’t in the middle of eating. As you will see, being a man, I have a strong a conflict of interest with this post.Be skeptical CONTENTS [HIDE]*.How to Get the Benefits of Sperm and Semen*.For Men*.Injaculating Diagram*.For Women*.Health Benefits of Semen and Sperm*.1) Semen Is an Antidepressant*.2) Semen Is Anti-Anxiety*.3) Semen Contains Antioxidants and Combats Oxidative Stress*.4) Semen Is Antiinflammatory*.5) Semen Contains Many Healthy Hormones*.6) Semen May Help Prevent Cancer*.7) Semen Is a Cognitive Enhancer: It Contains Nerve Growth Factor (NGF)*.8) Semen May Keep Infections at Bay*.9) Semen Can Increase Lifespan*.10) Semen Can Prevent Hair Loss*.11) Semen Increases Sex Drive*.12) Semen Prevents Preeclampsia*.13) Semen Increases Fertility*.14) Semen Is Nutritious*.There Are Probably Many Substances in Semen That We Don’t Know About*.Cultures and Semen*.Health Tools I Wish I Had When I Was Sick*.*.Share this:How to Get the Benefits of Sperm and SemenBefore I delve into the benefits of semen, we should have some idea of how you’re going to get these benefits. For MenFor men, there’s a technique called ‘injaculating,’ where the semen is not excreted, but instead reabsorbed in your blood. It’s like getting an intravenous infusion of semen because it goes directly into your blood – the best delivery system.Injaculating Diagram***hand should come from the front of your body, not the back…For WomenFor women, there are 4 options: Swallowing, sublingual, anal, and not using a condom. The swallowing method won’t produce allof the benefits because many of the ingredients in semen are destroyed or denatured by the stomach.Sublingual or allowing it to absorb under your tongue and then swallowing is a better option, but still not perfect. The anal route was suggested by a commenter (probably a guy…), and it might work, but I don’t know. Does the semen have enough pressure to get absorbed? Maybe. The vaginal route is probably most effective, but for women, there’s a real fear of STDs and infections transferring through the semen as well as that whole chance of pregnancy thing.Like anything you take in, make sure your supply source of semen is trustworthy and free of STDs.If you trust your partner, you can use an IUD and get the benefits of semen (but that has its own issues).Health Benefits of Semen and Sperm1) Semen Is an AntidepressantIn a survey of 293 college women at SUNY Albany about intercourse with and without condoms, it was found that thosewho didn’t use condoms had lower levels of depression and better moods. This is surprising because risky sex (i.e., without condoms) is usually associated with negative self-esteem and depressed mood.Among women who “always” or “usually” used condoms, about 20% reported suicidal thoughts, but among those who used condoms only “sometimes,” the figure was much lower at 7%. Among women who “never” used condoms, only 5% reported suicidal thoughts [R, R].Semen contains many ingredients that could be responsible for this effect.Probably the most significant one is Nerve Growth Factor (NGF), which has potent antidepressant and cognitive enhancing effects.Semen also includes mood enhancers such as oxytocin, progesterone, endorphins, prolactin, TRH, and serotonin.2) Semen Is Anti-AnxietySemen includes anti-anxiety hormones such as oxytocin and progesterone. It also has serotonin.Few people realize that a strong driving force of anxiety comes from oxidative stress, which is why it often goes along with brain fog and fatigueissues [R].Semen contains a lot of antioxidants to combat oxidative stress.Easily relieve anxiety, stress, and more with our free 6-part biohacking eCourse.3) Semen Contains Antioxidants and Combats Oxidative StressSemen contains a number of antioxidantssuch as melatonin, SOD, catalase, GPx, glutathione , Vitamin C, vitamin E, pyruvate, and carnitine [R, R].It also includes hormones/peptides that are antioxidants, such as NGF, oxytocin, and progesterone [R, R].Semen contains uric acid, which is also an antioxidant, but I don’t know if it’s in a meaningful concentration to be medicallyuseful.4) Semen Is AntiinflammatoryI’ve suffered from a lot of inflammation until I went on the lectin avoidance diet.Semen contains anti-inflammatories/immunosuppressants so that it’s not attacked when it enters the woman.Nerve Growth Factor, oxytocin, progesterone, testosterone, and cortisol, and certain prostaglandins are anti-inflammatories. TGF-beta in semen also helps create tolerance to proteins.Struggling with with chronic inflammationor autoimmune disorders? Learn why on agenetic level and fix it fast with SelfDecode, the most powerful genetic health analysis tool available.5) Semen Contains Many Healthy HormonesSemen has many good hormones that people are often low in:*.Oxytocin – has anti-anxiety properties and helps with wound healing [R]*.Progesterone – has anti-anxiety properties [R]*.Pregnenolone [R]*.Melatonin [R]*.Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) [R]*.Luteinizing hormone (LH) [R]*.Testosterone – women can have toolow or too high testosterone [R]*.TRH – an anti-inflammatory and mood enhancer*.Cortisol – can reduce inflammation and can be good in pulses [R]*.Estrone, estrone sulphate – good if levels are too low [R]*.Estrogen, Estradiol, Estriol [R]*.DHEA [R]*.DHT [R]6) Semen May Help Prevent CancerStudies suggest that semen might reducebreast cancer by “not less than 50%.”This effect is attributed to various proteins, selenium, and TGF-beta in semen.7) Semen Is a Cognitive Enhancer: ItContains Nerve Growth Factor (NGF)Nerve growth factor (NGF) is important for the growth, maintenance, and survival of neurons, including the axons (the part where the electrical signal passes). It also promotes myelin repair, which is thecoating around the axons.Rita Levi-Montalcini won a Nobel Prize for discovering nerve growth factor and she used NGF eye drops to increase her lifespan and health.NGF is abundant in semen. Recent studies have found that it induces ovulation (the release of the egg from ovaries) in some mammals, which can help with fertility.Stress and anxiety decrease NGF.Low NGF levels are found in atherosclerosis, obesity, type 2 diabetes, and metabolic syndrome [R].NGF is an antinflammatory and antioxidant, and may be helpful for a variety of conditions including depression, MS, and schizophrenia, among others. In case you aren’t in the mood for swallowing cum, other good ways to enhance NGF include yoga (even a single20-minute session) and falling in love [R, R].For the whole-fooders, green tea/EGCG and rosemary (carnosic acid) increase NGF [R, R].For the supplement junkies such as myself, my favorite substances to increase NGF include butyrate, zinc, lithium, berberine, PQQ, vitamin D, and melatonin.8) Semen May Keep Infections at BaySemen contains many proteins with potent antimicrobial activity against bacteria, fungi, and viruses.9) Semen Can Increase LifespanSemen contains spermidine, which has been found to increase lifespan.Spermidine has also been found to reduce the amount of aging in yeast, flies, worms, and human immune cells by inducing autophagy.Spermidine is a longevity agent due to itsability to regulate gene expression.Other good sources of spermidine include grapefruit juice and tempeh.10) Semen Can Prevent Hair LossIf the men haven’t been paying attention, Ibelieve I now have your listening ears.Spermidine has been tested and discovered to encourage hair shaft elongation and lengthen hair growth. Spermidine has also been found to increase stem cells that lead to hair growth.Your genes have a lot to say about your testosterone levels. SelfDecode lets you in on that conversation. It’s like having your own private geneticist on your computer.11) Semen Increases Sex DriveSemen contains testosterone [R].Testosterone increases libido in both men and women.Testosterone gets absorbed through a woman’s vaginal walls and even through the act of swallowing semen.12) Semen Prevents PreeclampsiaI’ve spoken about inducing oral toleranceby ingesting a food with other substances.Ingredients in semen such as TGF-beta can help induce oral tolerance. When a woman swallows her partner’s semen, she will become tolerant to the proteins that are found in his sperm. This is thought to reduce the risk of preeclampsia [R].A study shows that oral sex and swallowing semen may help make a woman’s pregnancy safer and more successful [R].TGF-beta might also enhance brain function. High blood levels of TGF-beta are associated with increased thickness in certain brain regions in healthy subjects [R].13) Semen Increases FertilitySemen contains NGF, which increases fertility in mammals by increasing ovulation.14) Semen Is NutritiousI’d like to mention that most of the nutrients aren’t in meaningful concentrations when you look at each nutrient alone, but on the whole (no pun intended), it’s pretty good. For example, a normal semen ejaculate contains 0.56 mg of zinc, whereas the average person gets probably 20 times that in their daily diet. However, since the body only absorbs 20% of dietary zinc, the requirements for zinc should theoretically increase by approximately 2.5 mg after each ejaculation. But, if you are injaculating or swallowing, then you are getting some of that zinc back.Zinc serves to help to stabilize the DNA-containing chromatin in the sperm cells. A zinc deficiency may result in lowered fertility because of increased sperm fragility. Zinc deficiency can also adversely affect sperm production.Semen contains:PROPERTYPER 100 MLIN AVERAGE VOLUME (3.4ML)Calcium (mg)27.60.938Chloride (mg)1424.83Citrate (mg)52818.0Fructose (mg)27.69.25Glucose (mg)1023.47Lactic acid (g)622.11Magnesium (mg)110.374Potassium (mg)1093.71Protein (g)5.040.171Sodium (mg)30010.2Urea (g)451.53Zinc (mg)16.50.5

EX-PREZ MAHAMA MADE ALL THE CONTRACTS UNDER HIS GOV'T TO HIS BROTHERS... COMMUNICATOR

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Communication Team Member in Ashanti Region,Nana Adjei has alleged that ex-President Mahama made sure all the juicy contracts under his government went through his brothers.

He claims the Mahama brothers; Ibrahim, Energy, and Peter were the power brokers in the last NDC administration. Nana Adjei  said this in justification to reports that President Nana Akufo-Addo has appointed a lot of his family members into government.

He said it is not something new and a similar thing happened under Mahama. He, however, said under Mahama, his brothers controlled contracts but President Akuffo's family are educated that's why he's given them positions.

Ex. Prez Mahama’s brothers were business-minded people whilst  the Prez.Akufo-Addo’s are educationally inclined. In NDC government under Mahama if you do not go to Peter if you don’t go to Energy and Ibrahim… these three guys were solid on the ground for every appointment and every business, he disclosed On Nsem Akesea on Nkonim Fm.
The maverick politician also alleged the Mahama brothers were all doing contracts in the country making them the richest in the country because they chose business.
He maintained that Mahama’s brothers are successful business persons as a result and are among the richest in the country reiterating that every appointment literally had to pass through them citing instances where prospective appointees had to serve them before being offered appointments.

ALL YOU HAVE TO KNOW ABOUT, LAWRENCE LAMPTEY..

Who is Lawrence Lamptey (The Scientific Socialist

Lawrence Lamptey: is a public spirited young man dedicated to the struggle for economic and political democracy, community development and progress.

As Communications officer of the Dade-Kotopon Constituency of the NDC, he directs his best efforts at re-enforcing the progressive tendencies of the party. A former Branch youth organizer, Cadres Secretary and a National Youth Coordinator of the Cadre Front. This has afforded him the lessons of political organization and practice.

Comrade Lamptey, a former student leader, is an activist of the Water Citizens Network, Stop the Bleeding Coalition, Coalition Against Foreign Intervention, Coalition Against GMO, the Palestinian Solidarity Campaign and the Movement of Youth for Development.

Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Sociology in 2009, he now holds a Master’s Degree in Local Government Administration and Organization.

An indigene of La in Greater Accra Region, he is a noted contributor in efforts to safeguard the share of the youth in communal revenue, and their development.  The successes and challenges that come with this and his broad activist experience informs his decision to heed to the call of the youth to aspire for the office of Deputy National Youth Organizer of the NDC.

A grass root organizer, he has translated the views of ordinary people in authoring publications in national daily’s.  Worthy of note is, ‘Shaping the Distortions in History: Women’, ‘Arise Ghana Youth’, 'Politics, Law and Economics', etc.

The NDC in opposition needs some strong, fearless, and courageous persons to lead the party, especially at the youth front, in order to face the NPP squarely in their devilish schemes. The NDC is a party borne out of a Revolution and will not sit back for Nana to destroy Ghana; we will strike appropriately. We are coming with both conventional and non- conventional superior strategies to win election 2020.

THE NATIONAL CATHEDRAL IS A HUGE SENSELESS CATHEDRAL OF DOOM...LAWRENCE LAMPTEY.

THE CATHEDRAL: A huge senseless Cathedral of doom

_Lawrence Lamptey (the Scientific Socialist) writes:_

The one above which there is none, is best worshipped in our hearts.  He is a spirit and must be worshipped in spirit and in truth.-Bible

The concrete problems facing citizens of a country is physical and economic. It concerns bread and butter issues.
Our approach as a people to eke a living is a physical adventure involving production and distribution.

It revolves around who owns and distributes our collective resources. A resource owned and distributed by the masses is relatively fair in distribution, compared to collective resources owned and distributed by a few greedy elements.

Physical society is moved by production; the good book urges production, the absence of which starvation must take place. Why them do we invest all our prevcious productive time in satisfying the spiritual?

The spirituality of a man is to satisfy his soul ethically and morally, and to revere and worship his maker before and after a hard days work.

Does our country of complex religious practices need a single cathedral? What would be of the Traditionalists and the Muslims? Are we not united beyond these religious experiences?
Is this the time to create religious conflicts through unfair dealings?

On the economic side: are we not the same people crying for funds to support education and the NHIS? Are we that rich to dissipate resources without thinking of prioritization? Where is the interest of the street child placed?

Don't we have churches with larger auditoriums to serve the purpose of a one-time  cathedral? If a new cathedral is built, which of the practices in the diverse christian sects would be used in moderation? The Pentecostals,  Methodists, Presbyterians, Roman Catholics, Anglicans and even the Awoyoo?

What is the present value of the buildings to be collapsed for this not-too useful project? Some of the properties there are less than five years old, including the renovated passport offices. How are we going to treat that as a country?

What would be the cost of demolition and the management of the debris?
What is the cost of the New planned cathedral? This can build about five 6-unit Classroom blocks for the good people of Nabdam in the Upper East Region of Ghana.

Is this cathedral not fit on any other virgin land than a place already in use by judges?
What about Dodowa, Nsawam, Amasaman, Kasoa?
Should the cathedral necessarily be in Accra, even if it is necessary to build it?

How much of state cash and time will go into the construction of new structures to house judges, the passport office, the residence of the Greater Accra Regional Minister, and a host of properties in that vicinity?

Is Karl Marx not right in describing religion as the opium of the masses? A tool fake leaders use to continue to oppress the non-suspecting poor. This is a situation where the suffering people will struggle throughout the day for a living, and after failing to make ends meet, will be told go to the catherderal to sing and dance in order for God to bless them, whilst their leaders are building their castles on earth.

What about the One District one factory promise? Maybe the catherderal is one of those factories to produce emotional healings.

Emancipate yourself from mental slavery. Our President is losing it.

CHANGE is coming...

ALUTA.

NPP Government Committed to Closing Down all the 419 Businesses...CVM

The founder and the leader of Concern Voters Movement Mr. Razak Kojo Opoku has emphatically stressed that, the NPP Government Committed to Closing Down all the 419 Businesses.

John Mahama's Government promoted the establishment and running of several illegal and 419 Businesses nearly all the sectors of the economy from banking to the financial/ insurance sectors, gold trading and mining.

There was no enforcement of the laws, rules and regulations in all the sectors of the economy under John Mahama and NDC Government. Scammers and schemers were taking advantage of the flaws created by John Mahama's Government.  These scammers and schemers flouted our laws with impunity.

The reckless attitude of John Mahama's Government negatively affected the depositors of DKM,  God is Love Microfinance and other financial companies.

Banks and financial institutions were boldly flouting the laws, rules and regulations under John Mahama's Government.

President Akufo-Addo and NPP Government has bodly declared war on scammers, schemers and 419 Businesses facilitated  by the NDC Government.

President Akufo-Addo's Government is enforcing the laws, rules and regulations in all the sectors of the economy and frankly speaking this bold decision will caused some people to  lose their jobs but most importantly such bold decision to weed out the law breakers, charlatans, scammers and schemers from the system will go a long way to protect the Ghanaian market and Ghanaian customers.

Businesses should respect and obey the laws, rules and regulations of the State. Ghanaians deserves legitimate Business establishment.

*Single Sex Halls Promotes Homosexuality in the University ---CVM*

The authorities of KNUST deserves commendation and not condemnation for converting the Single Sex Halls to Mix Halls.

CVM would like to urge all  Universities and Tertiary Institutions in Ghana to emulate the laudable and visionary agenda of the authorities of KNUST in the conversion of the Single Sex Halls to Mix Halls.

According to the intelligence gathered by the leadership of CVM, the practice of homosexuality was gaining grounds in the Single Sex Halls of KNUST, and currently, homosexuals are steadily increasing in numbers on the various Tertiary Institutions and Universities in Ghana especially in the Single Sex Halls, predominant Male Hostels and predominant Female Hostels.

CVM fully endorsed the decision of the authorities of KNUST  to fight against the trending practice of homosexuality in the Single Sex Halls.

Homosexuality is an affront to the Ghanaian Culture and all of us should support the authorities of KNUST to succeed in fighting it on the University Campus.

#CVM Stand With KNUST Authorities

WE SUPPORT THE CONVERSION OF KATANGA AND CONTINENTAL HALLS TO MIX HALLS.. CVM.

CVM Support the Conversion of Katanga and Continental Halls to Mix Halls

The leadership of Concerned Voters Movement(CVM) fully support and commends the authorities of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology(KNUST) for converting all single sex halls in the University to mix halls.

This laudable decision by the leadership of KNUST will help to:
1. Promote Gender Equality.

2. Avoid discrimination against female students.

3. Create easy access to accommodation for the increased female students on campus since female enrollment has increased from 20% to 38% this year.

4. Strengthen Educational Empowerment to Women.

5. Increasingly project enrollment of female students in the University.

6. Promote the new culture of Discipline, higher students ethics,  respect for human dignity and integrity amongst male students in the University.

The foolish acts of walking naked with the display of their penis and buttocks will cease.

We would like to commend Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, Minster of Education, Professor Kwesi Yankah, Minister of State in charge of Tertiary Education, Ministry of Education and President Akufo-Addo Government for supporting the leadership of KNUST in their quest of  championing the empowerment and enrollment of Female Students in the University.

All of us have a common duty to say BIG NO to discrimination against female students on our University Campuses.

The University is an autonomous body and we are fully confident that the Government of President Akufo-Addo will not interfere  this wonderful decision by the authorities of KNUST.

Which Article of the 1992 Constitution states that Single Sex Halls cannot be converted to Mix Halls?

Which Provisions in the Act of Parliament(Act 559 of 1998) states that Single Sex Halls in KNUST are inconvertible?

It is very surprising when married men sharing the same rooms/House with their wives and daughters kicking against the Conversion of Single Sex Halls to Mix Halls.

It is equally annoying when male unmarried students sharing the same hostels and rented rooms with their girlfriends complaining about the Conversion of Single Sex Halls to Mix Halls.

NDCs SHOULD KEEP QUITE FOR NPP TO RESTRUCTURE THE DEBTS AND CLEAN THE MESS THEY CREATED... NPP COMMUNICATOR

In 2017 when we took hold of the reins of power, much of this country remained in ruins. We had to seek a loan of some $2.5 billion to help restructure our debts and clean the mess the NDC had created making it extremely difficult for the economy to grow. This was to feed up some space to allow the economy to grow again.

And what did these guys do?
They  petitioned CHRAJ describing the deal as corrupt and also citing conflict of interest. CHRAJ threw out the petition on the first allegation Abd the court threw out CHRAJ’s ruling on the second bit.
Later same year, they petitioned the United States SEC, till date nobody knows the fate of the paper on which the petition was printed. Probably shredded, probably found it’s way to a Kofi Brokeman seller’s table.

This year, we leveraged on our bauxite reserves for 10 billion dollar worth of infrastructural projects across all regions of the country in the famous SINOHYDRO Projects. This should massively bridge the infrastructural deficits bringing development to the doorsteps of the people. We are also getting as part of the deal a bauxite refinery which will process bauxite before export. A first of its kind facility that will become ours after 5 years.

The various projects in the bauxite barter trade with the Chinese include:

90 bridges across the country.
Tamale Interchange at ‘Point 7’.
New Ultramodern National Psychiatric Hospital.
Extension of Railway Line to Paga.
Extension of Railway Line to and completion of Boankra Inland Ports
Paga inland terminal, 910 km of road network.
Construction of 10 Ten industrial parks.
Construction of 25,000 houses for the security services.
Construction of 100,000 social housing units.
Construction of 25 district hospitals.
Construction of Western Regional Hospital.
Reconstruction and Rehabilitation of 8,286 collapsing classrooms.
Upgrading of 42 SHSs into model schools.
Construction of modernize Irrigation and water transmission systems in northern Ghana.

The regional breakdown of the roads are also captured in the photos below.

As usual of the NDC with their rather strong penchant for opposing anything positive for Ghana, they petitioned the IMF again on the 20th of August, 2017 calling on the IMF to block the deal.

Our bauxite reserves es are estimated at some $400 billion dollars and we are leveraging on some 5% of it for these massive infrastructural projects. Surprisingly, the NDC sold off this concession after they lost the 2016 elections on or about 20 December 2016 to Ibrahim Mahama for a paltry $300,000. Now, think about this!

I am happy the Chinese and GoG are paying no attention to these nation wreckers and are going on with the deal. Some people are hurt, because they spent some $100 million as interests on some phantom $3 billion China loan so the thought of we bringing in these projects worth over $10 billion on a barter trade system hurts them.

NPP GOV'T IS NOT SERIOUS ABOUT EDUCATION... NDC DEPUTY NATIONAL YOUTH ORGANIZER (hopeful)

Lawrence Lamptey (The Scientific Socialist ) writes:

 EDUCATION SHATTERED
Part 1

Is this impotent government serious about education? What do they make of the not-thought-through, but much trumpeted Free SHS?

67,000 pupils to be on our streets for prostitution and robbery because their educational hopes are shattered by an insensitive government?

These 12, 13 and 14 year olds are going to struggle for a better living standard through every means before attaining the working age of 18. Looking at the spate of dismissals over the past week, affecting over 10,000 younger families.
The weaker may not survive.
Bad economic management destroying our country.
Chase them away!
