ABEADZE KYEAKOR DRIVERS THREATENED TO HIT THE STREETS OVER POOR ROADS. 1

*ABEADZE KYEAKOR DRIVERS CRY OVER POOR ROAD NETWORK*


Drivers at Abeadze Kyeakor in the Mfantseman Municipality of the Central Region, have lamented over poor road network.

According to the Abeadze Kyeakor taxi station GPRTU chairman of  Mr Kwadwo Karsim, he said, most drivers access the road from Mankessim to Fosu, Praso, New Adubease and Kumasi but, due to it piteous state , drivers find it difficult to drive safely on the road whether rain or shine. He made this known during the presentation of gift to drivers of the union at Abeadze Domenase.

Mr Karsim expressed that, drivers have severally threaten to hit the streets by demonstrating to expressed dissatisfaction of failed promises by the past and present government to fix their road for them. He is therefore appealing to government through the municipal assembly and honourable Ekow Quansah to furbish up the road for them.

Additionally, some drivers touched on hapless sanitation at the station which is very disgusting. They said that, some unknow people intentionally dump refuse whilst others turn the station as a place of convenience to ease themselves at dawn, hence, cautioned those involve to desist from such act else face full rigor of the drivers it found engaging in the said act.
