GHANA DRUNKERS AND BAR OWNERS DISAGREE WITH F. D. A  DECREE.
           Ghana drinkers and  bar owners disagree with  F. D. A with decree that there shouldn't be alcoholic advertising from morning to 8:00 pm.
             According to them, they said , it will be worst to accept this decree because during the day time, the children are always in school , so they wouldn't hear anything about alcoholism on the media.
